newhomelink.com is a web site that connects prospective buyers of new homes with preferred home builders that build new neighborhoods. Builders pay a commission for a sale that results from that introduction and we share the majority of that commission with the Buyer.
Choose a Community from the Search page menu and refine your selections by the type and size of home you want. Review the available builder neighborhoods within that area and save to your Favorites.
newhomelink.com only represents new home communities and condominiums built by the top builders in the region and excludes resale properties, land and apartments.
Once you Register Your Favorites with newhomelink.com, we will contact each Builder on your behalf and confirm your registration. Once confirmed, we will make an introduction directly to that Builder and estimate the amount of the Commission Share that is available for each of your Favorites.
Upon Closing of your new home, newhomelink.com will share 60% of the sales commission it receives from the seller with you in the form of cash or cash equivalents, subject to any restrictions by applicable regulations and local jurisdictions.
Rules imposed by regulatory agencies may influence the forms of commission sharing that we are able to make. As an example, lender regulations may restrict the type of refunds in a particular real estate transaction. During the escrow period, we will work with you and the Builder to determine the acceptable types of Commission Share that we can make to insure that you enjoy the full amount.
We retain 40% of the Sales Commission paid by the seller as our compensation.
The Real Estate Brokerage that underlies all newhomelink.com transactions is held by our parent company - RPM Partners.
Currently newhomelink.com serves the Central Puget Sound area of Washington State. Plans are pending for additional West Coast markets next year.
