how it works

newhomelink.com connects Home Buyers with Home Builders, facilitates the buying process and shares the sales commission it receives from the Builder with the Buyer at Close of Escrow.

1. Register with newhomelink.com

Prospective home buyers find new home communities that fit their search parameters on the newhomelink.com website and send those to Newhomelink to register their interest. This advance registration is necessary to insure that the prospective buyer is new to the specific builder and will qualify for the highest allowable Commission Share.

2. Receive confirmation

Newhomelink will confirm the registration with each builder's designated site agent and report that status back to the prospective buyer along with an estimated amount of the Commission Share. A prior registration by the buyer with that individual community, site agent or realtor, may disqualify the prospective buyer for the Newhomelink program or lessen the benefit that is available from the Commission Share.

3. Meet the builders

Once confirmed, Newhomelink will formally introduce the prospective buyer to the designated site manager for each of the selected / confirmed communities and assist the buyers in their negotiations for the purchase of their new home.

All activity to this point is accomplished on-line through the newhomelink.com website or by additional electronic communications. Newhomelink agents will not conduct individual searches for a prospective buyer nor accompany any buyer on a search for specific properties.

4. Share the commission - Redeem your rewards

Commission Sharing - 60% of the net commission paid to Newhomelink by the Seller for a completed home purchase, will be shared with the buyer in cash or cash-equivalents at the Close of Escrow. The form of the Commission Share may include Builder Upgrades, pre-paid fees, closing costs or other products subject to restrictions by the Buyer's lender or other governing regulations.
